The notes for the most recent changes to Overwatch have been released with changes to a few heroes.

Nerfs:
- Hanzo received a nerf to his 'Storm Arrows' reducing the damage from 70-60.
- Reaper's passive 'The Reaping' healing was reduced from 40% to 30% of the damage dealt.
- Orisa's 'Fusion Driver' was reduced from 11 to 10 damage a shot. Her 'Fortify' cooldown increased from 8 to 10 seconds. 'Halt!' duration reduced from 1 second to .65 seconds.
- Sigma saw nerfs to his 'Gravitic Flux' which can now be interrupted before targets begin falling and his Impact slow duration was reduced from 0.9 to 0.6 seconds. His 'Accretion' explosion damage was reduced from 60-40.
- Baptiste also was nerfed with his 'Biotic Launcher (Primary)' recovery time increased from .35 seconds to .45 seconds. 'Biotic Launcher (Secondary)' his heal explosion reduced from 60 to 50.

Buffs:
- Mcree was the only hero buffed in this patch with a buff to his super where you are no longer aim locked while using 'Deadeye'.
Not a lot of changes here, I think Orisa has the biggest change as she has still been a staple of many comps for a while. So, maybe this will help make more viable tank comps without orisa in the mix as a must have. Mcree continues to see buffs which I think is good for his character.
